Coin Convoy
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Coin Convoy. By installing or continuing to use the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are not of legal age in your jurisdiction, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf.
2.1 Coin Convoy is a mobile coin / convoy-style game featuring progressive levels and collection challenges. It may include rewards, promotions, and in-app advertising. Features and reward rules may change or end at any time.

6.1 Software, artwork, trademarks, levels, and materials in the App belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial play under these Terms.
7.1 The App may integrate advertising, analytics, and payment partners. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices outside our control.
8.1 Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal information. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have reviewed it.
9.1 We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or pose a risk to users or the platform. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
As-Is. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation to the fullest extent permitted by law.
No Earnings Guarantee. Rewards and withdrawals are not wages or guaranteed income. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
11.2 Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
12.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coin Convoy, its operators, and affiliates from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
13.1 These Terms are interpreted under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction. Before formal proceedings, contact hmsanny37@gmail.com to seek a good-faith resolution.
13.2 Non-waivable consumer rights under local law are not limited by these Terms.
14.1 We may update these Terms as the App or legal requirements evolve. Material revisions may be communicated in-app or by other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
